“文化中国·四海同春”元宵节悉尼上演
“Cultures of China, Festivals of Spring” in Sydney on Lantern Festival
收获赞誉无数的“文化中国·四海同春”大型演出即将于2013年2月24日（农历正月十五）在悉尼市政厅剧场再度上演。
The well-received large-scale performance “Cultures of China, Festivals of Spring” is going to be held in the Sydney Town Hall Theatre on February 24th, 2013, January 15th on the lunar calendar.
“文化中国·四海同春”是国务院侨办自2009年春节启动，于每年春节期间在全球五大洲华侨华人聚居的国家和地区开展慰侨访演活动，旨在丰富海外侨胞春节文化生活，满足海外侨胞精神文化需求，展示中华文化的丰富多彩和博大精深，增进世界人民对中华文化的了解和喜爱,以侨为桥，沟通中国与世界。
The program “Cultures of China, Festival of the World” is a visiting activity going on in countries and areas in the five continents where overseas Chinese gather during Spring Festival. It was initiated by Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council in 2009 for the purpose of enriching the spiritual needs of overseas Chinese, displaying the diversity and profoundness of Chinese culture and enabling people all over the world to have a better understanding and develop fondness for Chinese culture so as to connect China with the world through overseas Chinese.
四年间，“文化中国·四海同春”活动已累计向海外派出27个国家级高水平艺术团组，在全球28个国家和港澳地区共66个城市演出190场，观众累计达225.8万人次。“文化中国·四海同春”慰侨访演活动演员阵容强大，艺术水准超群，集合了包括总政歌舞团、中央民族歌舞团等众多一流艺术院团和宋祖英、阎维文、董文华、殷秀梅、杨洪基、蔡国庆、于魁智、李胜素等一大批著名艺术家，在海外侨界乃至主流社会赢得了深厚的观众基础和较高的知名度，被赞誉为全球华人的“海外春晚”，成为国家级春节慰侨访演和文化传播的重要品牌。
During the past four years, the activity “Cultures of China, Festivals of Spring” has already sent to the world 27 national supreme artistic groups to perform in 66 cities in world’s 28 countries and areas including Hong Kong and Macao for 190 times with the volume of audience at 2.258 million. The visiting performance “Cultures of China, Festival of the World” boosts itself with a lot of famous singers and top-level artistic groups including Zongzheng Song and Dance Troupe and Central Nationalities Song and Dance Ensemble etc. and many well-known artists like Song Zuying, Yan Weiwen, Dong Wenhua, Yin xiumei, Yang Hongji, Cai Guoqing, Yu Kuizhi and Li Shengsu etc. It has enjoyed a solid foundation of audience and gained great popularity among overseas Chinese even in the mainstream society, and has won the title of “Overseas Spring Festival Gala” and become nationally important brand for comforting overseas Chinese and transmitting Chinese culture.
2013年春节，国务院侨办将组派6个高水平艺术团和4个艺术小组，分赴非洲、亚洲、南美洲、大洋洲、北美洲、欧洲的30个国家以及香港、澳门共55个城市举办慰侨访演系列活动，其中，较前四年新增覆盖12个国家29个城市。
During the Spring Festival in 2013, Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council will assign 6 top-level artistic troupes and 4 artistic groups to throw visiting performances in 55 cities in 30 countries and areas including Hong Kong and Macao distributing in Africa, Asia, South America, Oceania, North America and Europe. Among them, there are 12 countries and 29 cities that are newly covered compared with those in the previous four years.
悉尼将是2013年“文化中国·四海同春”艺术团澳洲之行的第一站，他们将带着极具中国民族特色的歌舞、器乐、杂技、魔术、戏曲、小品等丰富节目，为悉尼华侨华人送上新春的祝福，与悉尼侨胞一道在喜庆、祥和、热烈的氛围中共度元宵佳节。
Sydney will be the first stop in the journey to Australia for the “Cultures of China, Festivals of Spring” performing groups. They will send Chinese New Year wishes to overseas Chinese in Sydney with diversified performances including songs, dances, instruments, acrobatics, magic and dramas etc. characterized by Chinese national flavours and spend the Lantern Festival together with overseas Chinese in Sydney in the atmosphere of joy, harmony and warmness.
